Steiner Marine II West Marine 7x50 HD-Stabilized Compass Binoculars - Germany. There appears to be dust inside the lenses, but it's along the side walls and doesn't affect anything at all. They focus perfectly and no debris can be seen while looking through them. They have some minor scuffs, but no damage. Includes case, caps and straps as seen.
