Close Focus 8.2 feet. And are in excellent condition I subsequently chose. Leupold Hawthorne 7x42 as my preferred birding glass. Seemed better for my old failing eyes.

If you need more info or more photos, please do ask. I have looked through both the Objective Lens and the Ocular Lens and no blemishes, bubbles or anything out of the ordinary noted. The Eye Cups both twist open & close smooth as butter, as does the Diopter Adjustment and Center Focus Wheels with the optimum resistance (IMO). The Objective lens cover fits snuggly.

NOTE: This package includes a smaller 32mm case and a larger 42mm case. My preference, for field use, is the larger case which provides easier removal and insertion.
